What is Dongdok App? +
A family of independent, offline-first point-of-sale desktop apps, one per business type: Table POS for restaurants, Minimart POS for retail, and Pharmacy POS for pharmacies.
Is it free? +
Yes, every app is free to download. The source code isn't public.
Does it need an internet connection? +
No. Every app stores its data locally in SQLite and works fully offline — no cloud account or connection required to take an order or ring up a sale.
Which apps are available right now? +
Table POS is available today for macOS. Minimart POS is an early MVP without a packaged download yet. Pharmacy POS is still in early development. Check the Apps page for current status.
Which platforms are supported? +
macOS and Windows. Linux isn't packaged yet for any of the apps.
Where is my data stored? +
Locally, in a per-user application-data folder (for example, Application Support on macOS or AppData on Windows) — not on a remote server. Nothing is uploaded anywhere.
I found a bug or have a feature request — where do I go? +
There's no public issue tracker yet. Check back here for an update on where to send bug reports and feature requests.
